Suzanne M. Shearer

Suzanne Shearer of Tillsonburg passed peacefully on Monday February 14, 2022 at VON Sakura House in Woodstock, Ontario.
Cherished sister of Richard Shearer and his wife Debbie. Adored Aunt of Nichole, and great niece Callie Shearer. She will be missed by Jim (Lois) Langohr and family, and Pat Smith (Mike) and family. Beloved niece of Dorothy Stewart, and Yvonne Langohr. Suzanne was predeceased by her parents Don and Ruth, and nieces Rachael and April Shearer.
A Visitation will be held on Friday February 18, 2022, from 10 am to 11 am at Peace Lutheran Church, 60 Young Street, Tillsonburg, Ontario. All guests must wear masks and remain socially distant. Guests are asked not to attend if they are ill or under isolation.
A private Funeral Service will be held after the Visitation.
Memorial donations to VON Sakura House are appreciated and may be made directly, or (by cheque made out to Sakura House) through Wareing Cremation Services, 346 Simcoe Street, Tillsonburg, Ontario N4G 2J8 who have been entrusted with final arrangements. Our sincere condolences to the family. We rode high school bus with Suzanne for several years…enjoying close friendship. I worked with Suzanne for many years at CIBC. She loved her family and close friends. She will be missed.

So sorry to hear that Suzanne is gone. I remember her with a smile for so many reasons. She made things lots of fun and very interesting in our young years. It was so nice that we reconnected at Peace Lutheran events over the past few years and were able to stay in touch through email. My deepest sympathies on the great loss in your family. I am so sad to know Suzanne has passed. She was a person who made an impression on me with her loyalty to her family, her position at the bank CIBC and her friends. I already missed her at the bank after she retired and now will be missed forever. May God give Rick peace and fill him with His love and compassion.
