Pierrette Boisvert
It is with deep sadness that our family announces the passing of our wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother, Pierrette Lucienne Boisvert, on Monday July 10, 2023.
She will be greatly missed by her husband Yvon Boisvert and by her two children Natasha (Mike) Opre, and Marc Boisvert. Pierrette was an amazing Grandmother to Casey Bossence, Summer Bossence, and little Ivan Belanger. She was a loving sister to Ginette, Valaire, Marc, and Aime Vaillancourt. Pierrette is finally at peace and welcomed by her family in Heaven, her parents Jeanne and Florian Vaillancourt, sisters Gaytanne Vaillancourt, and Doris Jette, and brother Roger Vaillancourt.
Pierrette worked in tobacco for many years, loved spending time with her grandchildren, the outdoors, and riding her bike. Pierrette would do anything for family and loved ones. She made everyone that knew her laugh, cry, and smile with happiness at her compliments and stories.
In keeping with Pierrette’s wishes cremation has taken place with no formal services, but we do appreciate your love and support during this difficult time.

À mon parrain Yvon, ma cousine Natasha, ses enfants et mon cousin Marc, je vous envoie pleins d’amour et de courage. Matante était une femme hors du commun avec une personnalité tellement rayonnante ! Elle était loin de nous, mais chaque année et jusqu’à ce que je sois une jeune adulte elle a continué de m’envoyer une carte et un cadeau à chacun de mes anniversaires. Cette femme extraordinaire et colorée aura marquée mon enfance qu’avec de beaux souvenirs que je garde dans mon cœur. Je souhaite toutes mes sympathies à toute la famille. To my godfather Yvon, my cousin Natasha, his children and my cousin Marc, I send you lots of love and courage. Matante was an extraordinary woman with such a radiant personality! She was away from us, but every year until I was a young adult she continued to send me a card and a present on each of my birthdays. This extraordinary and colorful woman will have marked my childhood only with beautiful memories that I keep in my heart. I wish my deepest sympathy to the whole family.
