  • Jean will be missed by so many family friends and old neighbours. I am one of them myself and shared many happy moments with Jean chatting over the fence. She made our neighbourhood a happy area as there was a lot of laughter, fun and serious gardening. Jean will be missed by so many family and friends. We loved her.

  • Some of us perhaps, were unaware of just how amazing Aunt Jean really was. The way she made people she loved laugh including me. She lifted my spirits when I was discouraged and always when I was down and out by demonstrating her unconditional Love for me verbally and with her hugs. She did this many times for me even though she also, was struggling within her own life, at times as well. And I feel that is what made Aunt Jean such a Caring, Giving and Beautiful
Human Being. I will never Forget Her and will always Love Her for what She meant personally to me throughout my entire Life. Our Father in Heaven broke our Hearts to prove to us that he only takes the Best. RIP Aunt Jean.

  • My sister Alice and I grew up with Jean on Wallaces Road, Glace Bay, Cape Breton, one block from the Atlantic Ocean. What a great time the 3 of us had. When I look back the memories come rushing through like the Ocean tides How happy we were. Jean, here in Woodstock always had the open door to her house and was willing to listen and help. Thank you for Aunt Jean in our lives and our memories. Love and miss you, David and Norma Thomas.
